Delivery:
Parcels
can be delivered within the Harrogate area. (Postcodes HG1, HG2
& HG3)
A
delivery charge of £1.25 will be added to your order for this service.
Delivery
to other areas can be posted – but will be charged at a
different rate.

Customers
for home delivery will receive communication through email or by
telephone to confirm a delivery date and time.
Returns
/ Refund Policy:
If
for any reason you are not happy with a product or find it to be faulty
– we will fully refund or exchange it
within
7 days of the purchase date, providing you have a valid receipt / proof
of purchase.
Products
should be in their original packaging and state. (i.e. not decorated)

Items
may be subject to deletion at our discretion.
All
products satisfy stringent European Community safety laws, and carry
the CE mark,
Children must be supervised at all times by their Parent / Carer.
We are not responsible for children’s clothing / possessions
being damaged by Art materials – so please ensure that they wear an apron.
(Some materials will not be washable.)
