St Giles Church

This shot was taken on a lovely early September afternoon and centralises on St Giles Church in Copmanthorpe village centre.

It features a crooked gravestone in the foreground, whilst a clear blue sky, red brick tiles and white church walls add colour and contrast to the image.

This photo was used as an entrant to the Copmanthorpe Chapman Andrews Photography Competition in 2014 and was subsequently deemed to be the winning entry.

It also featured in the Copmanthorpe Village Newsletter and was used as cover photo for the March 2015 edition as shown below.
